Brian Phoebus - Vice President
Brian works closely with The National Trust for Historic Preservation as Program Director for, and was essential in the creation of, National Trust Insurance Services (NTIS). NTIS offers insurance products throughout the United States intended for historic property owners, non-profit organizations, and others in Preservation & Revitalization Communities. Brian has worked with many national insurance carriers to expand, enhance and create new programs designed to protect our historic properties for future generations. Previous to joining MDP in October 2002, Brian worked for Chubb Insurance for 7 years. Brian grew up in Spring Lake, NJ and is a graduate of James Madison University.

Moira Gettens - Account Executive
Moira Gettens is a graduate from the University of South Carolina with bachelors degree in business. A former Ohio native, Moira started her insurance career in Cleveland, Ohio working for the Independent Agent Handbook. She continued her insurance carrier working for BB&T Insurance Services in Columbia, South Carolina. With her move to Baltimore, Maryland Moira joined the team at National Trust Insurance Services, LLC in 2007. Moira focuses on a wide range of historic properties and offers knowledge to property owners nationwide.

Hayward Howard - Account Executive
Hayward joined National Trust Insurance Services in November of 2006. He has focused on Main Street Organizations, Theatres and Religious Organizations during his time. Vacant Building and Rehabilitation Projects are also something he has extensive knowledge, focusing on work in the Gulf Coast region and California. He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina- Chapel Hill and a native of New Orleans, Louisiana. He has spent most of his adult life in Baltimore, Maryland, home to NTIS.
