Focus:
NTIS
was created to fill a substantial need within the preservation
community. As you know, historic properties can be difficult
to insure, especially the ones placed on the National Register
of Historic Places. However, due to our experienced staff
and our relationships within the insurance industry, we
have built many innovative programs for historic property
owners.
NTIS specializes in insurance programs working with individual
historic properties, non-profit organizations, and small
businesses. We are excited about our programs and are constantly
working within the insurance industry to improve coverage
terms.
