Insurance
- The act of insuring, or assuring, against loss or damage
by a contingent event; a contract whereby, for a stipulated
consideration, called premium, one party undertakes to indemnify
or guarantee another against loss by certain specified risks.
Property – Provides coverage for
your building and contents such as desks, inventory, and
computers
Business Income – In the event of
a claim your income is protected until your business is
operational
General Liability – Protects your
Organization or Business against claims of bodily injury
or property damage to others. Generally, a separate policy
must be purchased for Special Events
Workers Compensation – Covers the
medical expenses and lost income of your employees in the
event they are injured in the course of doing work-related
activities. Typically all states require Workers Compensation
Insurance
Volunteer Accident Policy – Provides
coverage for your volunteers in the event of serious injury.
Work Comp does not typically cover volunteers
Directors & Officers – Provides
financial protection for the Directors and Officers of your
organization in the event they are sued in conjunction with
the performance of their duties as they relate to your organization.
Employment Practices Liability –
EPLI provides protection for your organization against allegations
of sexual harassment, discrimination, failure to promote,
wrongful termination and other employment-related liability
issues
Special Events – Provides protection
to your Organization in the event of bodily injury or property
damage to others during your event
